​we offer boot camp style classes saturday morning at 

8 am & 9am

 8 am    GLUTEs TO THE MAXIMUS

  • 45 TO 50 MINUTE  CLASS THAT FOCUSES ON ISOLATING AND BURNING OUT THE GLUTES FOR TONING, LIFTING AND ROUNDING. . 


9 am      HIIT (HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)

  • SHORT, INTENSE CARDIO THAT IS THE MOST EFFICIENT FOR TORCHING FAT. 
  • CLASS IS  30 MINUTES LONG AND IS DESIGNED TO INCREASE THE HEART RATE IN SHORT INTENSE INTERVALS TO GET A GREAT WORKOUT IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. ​

LARGE GROUP TRAINING

oUR lARGE gROUP tRAINING MEMBERSHIP IS FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO WANT to focus on fat loss,  build strength  AND GENERAL FITNESS.

 

how it works: you show up.  we have a daily warm up and stretches to get you started then with help of a personal trainer, well guide you through a great work out. we also help you track your progress, and offer modifications if needed.


nO EXERCISE EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED FOR THESE workouts  AND ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME!
